Living Worlds, Handcrafted

Time well spent

We started making terrariums at home with the kids.

We’d head out into the garden or the woods, gathering bits along the way–moss, stones, whatever caught our eye. Back at the table, we’d build small worlds together. Sometimes we’d add springtails or roly poly bugs and watch how everything settled in over time.

It became more than just planting something. It was a way to slow down, get creative, and spend time together. Even now, we still check in on them, seeing what’s changed.

That’s really what this is about.
